Transfer Rumor- Arsenal are willing to make final bid for lucas moura

Arsene Wenger is willing to buy the Brazilian footballer from PSG, but  he needs to release some players in his squad due to excess number of players in the team. After then he can now make a complete deal for the Brazil star.
The Brazilian also wishes to join Arsenal since he doesn't have enough playing time in the team.
